Data Privacy

Area of application

This data protection regulation applies for Spiessberger-baugmbh.
This regulation enters into force 25.5.2018 and acts as the minimum standard for processing personal data. 

Purpose of data processing

Spiessberger-baugmbh only processes personal data of its partners, customers, and suppliers for the purposes of providing business services and to fulfil the legal and contractual requirements connected with the company or in case of justified interests.

Principles of personal data processing

Personal data processing at Spiessberger-baugmbh is based on strict principles, which regard the protection and security of the data, as well as the rights of the data subject, as valuable goods.

Legality & transparency

Data processing takes place in a legal manner and in good faith. In case of collection, the data subject shall be informed about the planned processing (purpose) and informed about how the data are handled.

Earmarking

The data shall be collected and processed for specified, clear, and legitimate purposes. The data shall not be processed in a way that does correspond with one of these purposes.

Data minimisation

Only those data shall be collected and processed that are absolutely required for the indicated purposes.

Storage limitation and deletion

Personal data shall be deleted as soon as the purpose that they were originally collected for expires or legal storage periods do not prevent deletion.

Data security

Data secrecy applies to personal data. The data must be treated confidentially and shall be handled according to suitable organisational and technical measures to protect against unauthorised access, illegal manipulation or forwarding, and against loss and destruction.

Material correctness

Personal data must be maintained as correct, complete, and up-to-date. Appropriate measures shall be taken to correct incorrect of incomplete data as required (e.g. upon request by the data subject).

Obligation to maintain data secrecy

All employees of Spiessberger-baugmbh are contractually obligated to maintain secrecy and are regularly instructed and trained as required regarding secure handling of personal data and other critical data.

Data security

Protection of the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of data represents an important task of Spiessberger-baugmbh. Google uses the DoubleClick DART cookie

The user may deactivate use of DART cookies by accessing the data protection regulations of the advertising network and the content advertising network of Google. In this case, no immediate personal data of the user shall be saved, but rather only the Internet protocol address. This information is used to recognise you automatically during your next visit to our website. Naturally, you can also view our website without cookies. If you don’t want us to recognise your computer again, you can switch off storage of cookies on your hard drive by selecting “do not save cookies” in your browser settings. Cookies

Data transfer

Personal data sent to recipients outside of Spiessberger-baugmbh and recipients in non-EU countries are transferred in harmony with applicable laws and on a legal basis in accordance with maximum confidentiality and data security. We will not sell or rent personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data shall be transferred to recipients at Spiessberger- baugmbh to meet legal requirements and to simplify administrative activities. Transfer also takes place in this case exclusively in accordance with the legal framework conditions.

E-mail security

If you send us an e-mail, then your e-mail address will only be used for our correspondence with you. Please note that the data transfer online is subject to security gaps. Seamless protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Data subject rights

Every data subject whose data is processed by Spiessberger-baugmbh has the option at all times to refer to their own rights as data subjects and to enforce them with Spiessberger-bau. To exercise your data subject rights, you may approach us at any time by sending an e-mail to s.spiessberger@spiessberger-bau.at .
Information: Data subjects may demand information about which personal data about them have been processed and what the purposes of this processing are.
Correction: Data subjects have the right to demand immediate correction of incorrect personal data affecting them. Limitation: Data subjects have the right to limit processing if the correctness of the data affecting them is disputed, processing is illegal, the data for processing is no longer required, or the data subjects have objected to processing.
Withdrawal: Data subjects have the right to object to processing involving their personal data at any time. Transferability: Data subjects have the right to receive the personal data involving them that they have provided to Spiessberger-baugmbh in a structured, conventional, and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transfer these data to another data processor, provided this is technically feasible. Transferability only applies to personal data that have been processed using automated processes.
Deletion - the right to be forgotten: The data subject has the right to demand immediate deletion of the personal data affecting them, provided the legal basis for processing the data is lacking or becomes superfluous, data processing is objected to, data processing is illegal, and no existing legal storage periods make deletion impossible. Data security is also very valuable with regard to data subject rights, which is why enforcement of data subject rights is only possible following indisputable identification of the data subject.

The general contractors, architect Ing. Andreas Spiessberger and Sabine Spiessberger, are available to the data subject and the data protection authority to provide information and concern themselves with data protection topics within the company.
